Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that certain items, such as [spill kits, absorbents & under safety paroducts], are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
